Dear Debbie has yet to fail us when it comes to bringing gorgeous, pretty and attractive clothings. Like this one, it is just gorgeous! I love how the tube is not just one straight line and how loosely the skirt flairs. Love the bright colours of this dress as the main attraction goes to the design of the skirt area.
